Once a year, we take lawn renovation requests for late August and early September. Simply put, the results of performing this service at this time of year are far superior than any other. With the warmer days and cooler nights of autumn, combined with the fact that weeds are dying off, gives you the ideal conditions for a new lawn to flourish.

One of the most important aspects of having a great lawn is water. Doing a lawn renovation presents an ideal time to install a sprinkler system that will take the headache out of watering and maintaining your new lawn. We can also incorporate a new sprinkler system into the new lawn to make your lawn stays green for years to come.

Our typical renovation services include the removal of your old yard, any needed grading, and utilizing a high quality seed mix or sod.

If you have interest in a lawn renovation, it must be booked by July 1st. We perform a limited number of renovations a year due to the short service window. Call early to reserve your spot!

Due to climate change, stormwater runoff has become a reoccurring problem for property owners. Kurt's 10+ years in the civil engineering and construction industry has given him the experience to design and construct drainage systems that combat these high rain events that our area frequently experiences.

Drainage doesn't have to be ugly. What separates our drainage projects from the rest is our experience in the industry and attention to detail. We strive to use creative drainage designs such as a permeable fire pit area, playground or walkway to move water away from unwanted areas.

Carman Turf Pros uses only the best materials to ensure a lifetime of results. We utilize specially ordered piping designed for draining yards and landscaped areas. Our drainage designs include double penetrated commercial grade fabric in trenches to ensure and secure separation of materials, as spec'd out on New York State projects. We also use a clean, higher diameter rock to create voids in the drainage trenches in order to move larger volumes of water.  Our team not only installs the drainage systems, but can design  a full system that will keep your property dry for a years to come.
